Svenja Scheerhans is a DIPO-certified equine physiotherapist working mobile from Lingen (Ems) in the Emsland. Treatments are carried out at the horse own yard and are built around each animal findings rather than a set programme. Her repertoire covers physiotherapy, stress-point massage, fascia and scar work, leech therapy, acupressure, taping, post-operative care and equipment checks. She also offers groundwork, in-hand work and physiotherapeutically adapted riding lessons, and is currently adding manual therapy and dry needling to her qualifications.
