Paard in Essentie is a horse coaching practice in Almere run by Jacqueline van der Bent. She works with her three horses to help people, mainly women, find more calm, insight and connection with themselves. The coaching focuses on regulating emotions and the nervous system and is specialised in trauma. She also offers trauma-sensitive writing coaching and a mini writing retreat.
