Ozsome Leadership & Skills Development runs programs that help people build life and leadership skills by working with horses. The programs use an experiential learning model in which participants complete exercises with horses. The approach is based on Equine Assisted Learning, a learner-based educational experience. Horses give immediate, honest feedback that participants use for self-discovery and personal growth. The facilitators are not licensed therapists or medical professionals.
