NW Hearts United offers heart-centered healing and empowerment programs that use horses as part of the work. Sessions take an experiential, somatic and nature-based approach to help people calm their nervous system and regulate emotions. Programs are offered to youth, adults, families and first responders, with locations in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and Snohomish Counties. The founder, Amy Schilder, has a background in equine therapeutic and experiential educational programming.
