Nurturing Strides offers Equine Gestalt Coaching for women, with sessions held alongside horses. The horses are not ridden, and participants do not need prior knowledge of horses. Sessions address themes such as anxiety, grief, life transitions and reclaiming one's voice. Individual sessions with the horses and virtual coaching sessions without the horses are both offered.
