Niedermühlenhof offers curative-educational work with horses (heilpädagogische Förderung mit dem Pferd) at Melle-Neuenkirchen in Lower Saxony. Sessions are built around individual therapeutic goals for children, adolescents, adults and whole families. The yard also runs an eight-week riding course for adults, a regular adult riding group and a Saturday pony club for children. The work is privately funded rather than covered by health insurance, and is supported by donations.
