Natural Connections offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and counselling, using horses and nature to support people of all ages. Sessions are based on mindfulness and activities tied to each person's goals, such as grooming, leading, or quietly being present with a horse. No horse experience is required and no horse riding is involved. The service supports people dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and neurodivergence. The founder is a social worker with a Certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist qualification.
