My Heroes offers equine-assisted therapy, where physical, occupational and speech therapists use the movement of a horse as one of several clinical tools. The programme addresses goals such as balance, strength, coordination, communication and attention. It also offers adaptive riding lessons for individuals with special needs, with instruction for riders of all skill levels. The business operates at Chastain Horse Park in Atlanta and at a program at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
