Making Strides Therapy offers equine-assisted services, including occupational therapy that uses hippotherapy, where the movement of a horse serves as a treatment tool. It also runs structured therapeutic classes that develop social skills, self-regulation and executive functioning. The services are delivered by appointment only in Jordan, Minnesota. The founder works with horses on her family farm and is certified in Equine-Assisted Learning.
