Little Ranch is an equine-assisted therapy centre run by Mathilde Chagnon, a psychologist and equine therapist. Sessions are held in contact with horses, which are chosen for each person, and the horse may be ridden or the session may take place on foot alongside it. The centre states that these are not riding lessons or trail rides. Neuropsychological assessments and individual or group therapy are also offered.
