Reittherapie Lena Bausch offers equine-assisted therapy in Essel, north of Hanover, delivered by a qualified holistic riding therapist and remedial educator. Sessions are ridden on the yard's ponies and are adapted to clients with a wide range of needs, drawing on long experience of working with people with disabilities. The ponies are kept in paddock boxes with hay racks and water troughs, and an indoor school makes sessions possible in any weather. A riding arena a short walk away and a children's common room complete the setup.
