Le Pied à l'étrier is a non-profit association founded in 2006 in the Val d'Oise area of France. It offers equine-assisted therapy (équithérapie and hippothérapie) and adapted riding for people with disabilities. Sessions are offered as care, as leisure riding, and as competition riding. The association is based in Fosses and works with its own horses and ponies.
