L'Autre Sens offers equine-assisted therapy (équithérapie), using horses as a therapeutic medium. Sessions can be individual or in groups, and each person's therapeutic goals are set after an initial interview and two observation sessions. The work covers emotional, physical, cognitive and social goals. The founder also offers specialised educator support, with sessions held largely outdoors in natural settings. Sessions take place at a horse breeding farm in the west of Lyon.
