I. Stable note
In their own words.
Kindred Spirits Equine runs an afterschool horse education program for children aged 8 to 18 at Kelley Farm in Maryland. Students learn horse care, groundwork and horsemanship, working with the horses on the ground before moving into the saddle. The program also includes art projects and lessons on farm work and sustainability. Sessions meet once a week for ten weeks per semester in small groups.
