Instill Harmony is run by Lauren Harmon, who offers embodiment and bodywork sessions for horses and the people who ride them. Her work uses gentle, intuitive touch and movement to support ease and relaxation. She also offers mentoring for people who want a deeper relationship with their horse. Sessions are offered in person and online, and there is a self-paced course for horse bodywork at home.
