Horses & Horizons offers therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. Lessons are held weekly, in group sessions of one hour or private sessions of half an hour, in an indoor riding arena. The program is run by the farm's owners, who teach the lessons and care for the horses. Occupational and physical therapists volunteer to help with the riders' needs. The center is located at Helping Horse Farm in eastern Pennsylvania.
