Higher Ground Healing is a non-profit organization that uses horses and nature to support emotional and mental wellness. Its equine-assisted therapy sessions use the organization's own herd of horses to help clients work through issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and family or parenting struggles. Founder and director Erin Brown trained in the EAGALA model and now offers equine-assisted therapy exclusively. The organization also offers therapy to children, teens, and adults in an office setting.
