Hechter Equine Mobility offers Equine Hanna Somatics, a series of gentle, slow movements intended to help horses release muscle contractions and move more comfortably. The practice also offers craniosacral energy therapy and Reiki, which are applied to horses as well as to dogs and people. The stated aim is to improve posture after reducing tension, limited mobility and discomfort. After a craniosacral session, horses may need 24 to 72 hours before riding, depending on the work done.
