Hearts to Horses offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted EMDR, in which clients work with horses alongside a licensed therapist. Sessions are open to individuals, families and groups of any age. The practice addresses topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and emotional regulation. The therapist is Dan Ault, an LCSW with EMDR certification.
