Hearts Landing Ranch offers Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) with rescued horses to help individuals and families overcome mental health challenges. Each session includes a mental health professional, an equine specialist and one or more horses. No riding is involved, and clients interact with the horses from the ground in activities tailored to their treatment goals. The ranch also runs a Veterans Services program for veterans, including those dealing with PTSD.
