Heart of the Herd offers one-on-one equine-assisted coaching sessions in rural Saskatchewan, led by coach Jodi Erickson. Sessions follow the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, in which the horse acts as an active partner with the coach in the client's exploratory process. The work focuses on self-awareness, healing from trauma and grief, relationships and personal empowerment. No prior horse experience is needed to take part. The business describes its service as coaching rather than therapy.
