Green Hill Therapy is a nonprofit in Louisville, Kentucky, that provides occupational, physical and speech therapy to children with special needs. It combines these therapies with hippotherapy, using equine movement as a therapy tool. Its licensed therapists use horses alongside other therapy methods to address each child's sensory, physical, cognitive and behavioral needs. The organization also offers aquatherapy and relies partly on donations to fund its services.
