FreiGefühl is a horse-assisted therapy practice run as a sole proprietorship by Michelle Metscher in Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Lower Saxony. It offers equine-assisted therapy sessions both outdoors and in a covered indoor space, alongside ordinary riding lessons. Holiday programmes give younger clients a longer block of time with the horses. The practice also trains other practitioners through its own FreiGefühl riding-therapist certification course. A separate everyday-support service covers household help, care and accompaniment for clients who need it.
