Freedom Horses is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. Through interactions with carefully selected horses, clients gain courage, confidence, and horsemanship skills. The program aims to provide a relaxing escape from daily stresses and motivate individuals on their journey to success. It is a volunteer-based program that links abused women with equine friends for physical and emotional healing.
