Exceptional Equestrians provides hippotherapy, in which occupational or physical therapy is combined with the horse in one-to-one sessions. It also runs adaptive horsemanship and equine-experiential learning programs. The organization provides over 300 medically based equine-assisted sessions per month to children, teens and adults in Northeastern Wisconsin. Its programs aim to build physical, emotional and cognitive skills. The organization is based in De Pere, Wisconsin.
