equivalent - mit Pferden wachsen offers riding therapy and riding pedagogy with horses for people with and without disabilities, based at Hof Kaufmann in Wenden. Its interventions with horses are aimed at people with intellectual or psychological impairments, behavioural difficulties and other needs, and people of any age can take part. The work targets perception, communication, social behaviour, coordination, cognition and motor skills. It is presented as a complementary measure alongside standard therapy methods, delivered by a team of social workers, educators and occupational therapists.
