Equinnect is a counselling and mental health service for children aged 10 and over, teens, and adults. It offers equine-assisted sessions in which a horse co-facilitates the work alongside a qualified mental health professional. The service also provides nature-based counselling and online counselling. Sessions are person-centred and aim to build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional regulation.
