Equine Inspired Soul is a groundwork-only practice in Belgrade, Minnesota, offering healing and personal development sessions with horses. Individual and group sessions, women's circles, wellness and transition coaching, and youth and family workshops are offered. The sessions use Equine Gestalt methodology and do not involve riding. The work also combines horse-guided experiences with NLP, breathwork and body awareness.
