Equine Connection offers equine therapy and equine life coaching, in which clients work with horses to explore patterns, emotions and personal growth. Sessions are described as a way to explore anxiety, depression and similar concerns in a manner that supplements general psychotherapy. The business also runs an eight-week series for young people that introduces basic horsemanship and barn management skills alongside mindfulness exercises. Its founder, Emily, leads the sessions.
