Equi-Librium Energy Work offers equine-facilitated learning sessions and workshops for individuals and groups. The founder, a former high school teacher, works with teachers and teens on stress and relationship issues. Horses act as facilitators in each session, and most work is done on the ground rather than in the saddle. Sessions focus on emotional regulation, confidence, and authentic relationships, and no prior horse experience is required.
