Equànima offers emotional wellbeing experiences with horses in La Seu d'Urgell, in the Pyrenees. Its equine-assisted therapy is carried out on foot and focuses on emotional wellbeing, cognitive stimulation, socialisation and mobility through care for and relationship with the horses. The business also offers horse-assisted coaching, grief accompaniment and ritual sessions with horses. The horses live in herds and in freedom, and the activities respect their needs.
