Dream Catchers E.A.S.T. runs an unmounted equine-assisted therapy and learning program for people facing emotional, social, cognitive and mental health challenges. Sessions are groundwork activities with horses, such as grooming, feeding, leading and arena exercises. The program aims to build self-confidence, social-communication skills, coping and life skills. A licensed clinical social worker also offers short-term and long-term psychotherapy, supportive counseling and wellness sessions for young adults, adults and seniors.
