Dogwood Ranch is a non-profit in the Ozarks of Missouri serving foster youth, at-risk families, veterans and first responders. Its Healing Reins program offers mental health-based equine therapy, using horses to help participants overcome trauma, build trust and develop emotional resilience. Sessions are guided by licensed professional counselors and certified equine specialists. The ranch also runs The Haven and The Village, housing programs for former foster youth and foster families.
