De Zonnenberg paardencoaching offers horse-assisted coaching for young adults and adults in Wilp near Twello. Founder Christa Groenen, a certified horse coach, works with a herd of five Friesian mares. Sessions address stress, insecurity, anxiety, burn-out symptoms and recurring patterns, and take place beside the horse with no riding experience needed. Single sessions and tailored trajectories are available.
