Courage Reins is an equine-assisted therapy organization in Utah. Its mission is to improve the lives of people with physical, mental, or emotional challenges through equine-assisted therapy. Programs include therapeutic riding, mental health sessions and natural horsemanship. The centre keeps its own horses on 11 acres of pasture and works with two indoor arenas.
