CARD is a community association for riders with disabilities in Toronto. It offers therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with conditions such as Autism, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis. The riding program is designed to support balance, coordination, strength, focus and communication. CARD also keeps its own horses and runs classes for riders, with volunteer instructors and assistant instructors.
