Cara Wilkerson is a licensed marriage and family therapist who offers equine assisted psychotherapy. Equine assisted sessions are offered in person, and she also provides telehealth. She is certified in the Eagala model of equine assisted therapy and is the developer of EquiAttune, which integrates Brainspotting with equine assisted sessions. She works with adults on complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety and PTSD.
