Cape Arrowhead is a non-profit organization in Missouri, founded in 1999, that serves military veterans, people with special needs, and people with physical or mental disabilities. Its mission is pursued primarily through counseling and the use of therapy horses. It runs equine workshops, including six-week programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities. The organization also offers other programs, retreats, and part-time employment support.
