Boerderijmomentje offers horse-assisted coaching and therapy for young people and adults. Sessions combine work with the horses with coaching and therapeutic conversations and exercises. The practice also provides outpatient care among the horses as an alternative to sessions indoors. It was set up in 2021 by Swanet, a coach, therapist and horse trainer who lives on the farm with her family, horses and dogs.
