Blissful Heart Coaching offers Equine Gestalt Coaching, a method in which horses act as coaching partners. Private one-to-one sessions are offered by Zoom, and clients can also work with the horses on the land in Santa Fe. The coaching is aimed at midlife women who feel lost or disconnected from themselves. A group format, the Equine Guided Women's Empowerment Circle, is also offered.
