BITS of Freedom is a nonprofit that offers therapeutic riding to youth and individuals of all abilities. Its PATH-certified instruction uses its own trusted horses to build connection, confidence, and personal growth. The organization also runs an equine-assisted therapeutic riding program and a Horse Powered Reading program where children read aloud to therapy horses. Scholarships are offered so that finances do not limit access, and the programs serve Pueblo, Fremont, and Otero Counties.
