Be Well Stables is a farm property of over 100 acres near Stouffville, Ontario, about forty-five minutes from downtown Toronto. It runs life skills programs in which people learn to work with horses and understand themselves through the experience. Offerings include a four-week beginner program, 2.5-hour group sessions, and private sessions for small groups. The programs focus on women, young adults and families.
