Sugarlands Riding Stables offers guided horseback trail rides through a portion of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, minutes from Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Rides are open to beginners and experienced riders, and horses are matched to each rider's experience and skill level. Riders receive an orientation before mounting, and groups are kept small with a limit of nine riders per guide. The stables operate seasonally from March to November 30, and rides are first come, first served.
