Horse Journey offers horse trekking and riding excursions from its base at a mill in Saint-Martin-le-Beau in Touraine, between the Loire and the Cher. Trips range from half-day rides to multi-day journeys of two to five days, with visits and tastings along the way. The business also offers evening rides through the vineyards and a training course on equestrian trekking techniques, including riding, horse and rider needs, and basic survival skills.
