Chattahoochee Stables is a horseback riding facility in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley in North Georgia, operating since 1987. It offers one-hour guided trail rides on its quarter horses through about 3 miles of the valley, including a river ride along the Chattahoochee River during the summer. Regular, private, pony and river rides are offered, and river rides run from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Reservations are recommended 24 hours in advance and are made by phone or in person.
