Villa Farm Livery Centre is a family-run DIY livery yard in Rayne, near Braintree, Essex, run by Andrew and Julia Mathies. Liveries can use a floodlit 60x40m all-weather arena and a lunge pen. Fields have automatic drinkers with two horses per field.
