Thacker Stables is a 150-acre horse retirement farm in North Carolina. It offers pasture and full board, with turnout in private and small compatible groups, and alternative turnout for horses with metabolic conditions. Care includes administering medications, health record keeping, farrier handling and routine vet care such as vaccinations, worming and dental care. The farm is owned by Scott Thacker, who has over 40 years of experience with horses.
