Stal Westfriesedijk is a boarding and dealing yard in Oudesluis near Schagen, run by Edith and Dik. The farm keeps around 15 livery horses, trains trotters and has a small-scale breeding programme of its own. Its main focus is retraining former racing trotters as recreational riding horses, which are then offered for sale. Owners can also send their own trotter for training in cantering, balance and confidence.
