Stal Thooms is a livery yard between Mariënheem and Raalte. Facilities include an indoor and outdoor arena, lunging circles and a horse walker, and owners may bring their own trainer or instructor. The yard focuses on the care and welfare of horses and ponies in a healthy stable climate. Besides boarding, it raises young horses and ponies and schools them for sale.
