Reiterhof & Pferdepension Hackenesch in Münster-Hiltrup is a specialist equine rehabilitation and boarding centre run by the Hackenesch family. The facility is home to Germany's first purpose-built water treadmill (Wasserführanlage), enabling targeted hydrotherapy and conditioning for horses recovering from injury or illness. Guests can also access a sand arena, indoor riding hall (both with ebb-and-flow footing), a 2 km cross-country course with 14 obstacles, and a longeing arena. Qualified riding instruction and therapeutic riding are offered alongside full livery.
